Bramble Hill is nestled among the hills of a quiet Catskills farming community, an intimate country dining space offering a candlelit, fireside evening for twelve guests.

Chef Deanna, known throughout the Catskills and Hudson Valley for her creativity, extraordinary sense of flavor composition, and deep commitment to seasonal ingredients, presents a tasting menu in two parts.

After the initial first courses, guests follow a lamp-lit winding path up the hill to the music studio for a piano recital, performed on our newly restored 1895 Steinway concert grand.

After the performance, guests return to the farmhouse table for the main courses and dessert.
